Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of
FillFaster LLC’s (“FillFaster,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) website,
products, and services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing
or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such notification constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
2. Description of Service
FillFaster provides an electronic signature and document management
platform. The available features and functionality depend on your
subscription plan and are subject to change.
2.1 Commercial Use Only
The Service is intended solely for business, commercial, and professional use. You agree not to use the Service for personal, family, or household purposes. By using the Service, you represent that you are acting in a business or professional capacity.
3. Account Registration and Security
3.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
3.2 Restricted Countries
FillFaster does not provide the Service to, or accept payments from, individuals or entities located in, or residents of, countries subject to comprehensive sanctions by the United States or European Union. You represent and warrant that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any such restricted country.
3.3 Account Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3.4 Account Security
You agree to immediately notify FillFaster of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. FillFaster will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
4. Subscription Plans and Billing
4.1 Subscription Plans
FillFaster offers various subscription plans with different features, usage limits, and pricing. Current pricing and plan details are available on our Pricing page at https://fillfaster.com/pricing/.
4.2 Billing and Payment
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected plan.
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms.
- You authorize FillFaster to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to your billing cycle.
- Monthly and annual plans renew automatically unless you cancel your subscription.
4.3 Automatic Renewal
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard.
4.4 Automatic Upgrades
If you exceed your plan’s usage limits (including but not limited to document limits, signature requests, or API usage), you will be automatically upgraded and charged for the corresponding higher tier that accommodates your usage. You will receive email notification of such upgrades.
4.5 Payment Failures
If we are unable to process payment through your payment method, we will notify you via email and attempt to process payment again. Continued failure to provide valid payment information may result in your account being downgraded to a free plan or suspended. If you continue to exceed free plan limits after downgrade, your account may be suspended.
4.6 Price Changes
FillFaster reserves the right to change subscription fees at any time. We will provide you with at least 30 days’ advance notice of any price changes. Your continued use of the Service after the price change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.
4.7 Taxes
All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, or similar governmental assessments, including value-added tax, sales tax, and withholding tax. You are responsible for paying all such taxes associated with your use of the Service.
5. Fair Use Policy
While we do not set fixed usage limits for all features, the Service is intended for reasonable business use. Excessive use that impacts Service performance or availability for other users may result in:
- A review of your account usage
- Request to upgrade to an appropriate plan
- Throttling or limitation of Service access
- Suspension or termination of your account
Examples of excessive use may include but are not limited to: automated bulk document generation, excessive API calls, unusual storage consumption, or any use that appears designed to circumvent plan limitations.
6. User Content and Data Ownership
You retain all ownership rights to the documents, data, and content you upload or create through the Service (“User Content”). FillFaster does not claim ownership of your User Content.
By using the Service, you grant FillFaster a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and transmit your User Content solely to provide and improve the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.
You are solely responsible for your User Content and must ensure it is legal, accurate, and does not violate any laws or third-party rights. You are responsible for ensuring all document signers have legal capacity and authority to sign, and for obtaining necessary consents.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
7.1 Active Accounts
FillFaster will retain your User Content for as long as you maintain an active paid subscription plan.
7.2 Account Cancellation
Upon cancellation of your subscription:
- Your account will remain accessible until the end of your current billing period
- FillFaster reserves the right to delete all User Content associated with your account after cancellation
- You will receive email notification before any data deletion occurs
- We recommend exporting your data before canceling your subscription
7.3 User-Initiated Deletion
You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. We will process your deletion request in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
7.4 Legal Retention
Notwithstanding the above, FillFaster may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, including fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and compliance with legal obligations.
FillFaster may also retain data for security auditing, compliance
verification, and security certification purposes.
8. API Usage
8.1 API Access
API access is provided based on your subscription plan. Some API requests may be subject to usage limits and may affect your plan’s overall usage quotas.
8.2 API Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Exceed rate limits specified for your plan
- Use the API in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
- Use the API to build a competing product or service
- Resell or redistribute API access without written permission
8.3 API Changes
FillFaster reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the API at any time with reasonable notice.
9. Third-Party Integrations
9.1 Integration Services
FillFaster may integrate with third-party services such as Monday.com, Make.com, and others to enhance functionality. Your use of these integrations is subject to:

- The third party’s own terms of service and privacy policies
- Any additional terms specific to the integration
9.2 Third-Party Responsibility
FillFaster is not responsible for:
- The availability, functionality, or security of third-party services
- Any data loss or damage resulting from third-party integrations
- Changes or discontinuation of third-party services
- Third-party pricing or terms changes
9.3 Data Sharing
When you connect third-party integrations, you authorize FillFaster to share necessary data with those services as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for reviewing and accepting the third party’s data handling practices.
9.4 Third-Party Links
FillFaster has not reviewed all sites linked to from our Service and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by FillFaster. Use of any such linked site is at your own risk.
10. Limitations of Use
You agree not to:
- Modify, copy, prepare derivative works of, decompile, or reverse engineer any part of the Service
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notices from the Service
- Transfer your account or license to another person without written permission
- Use the Service to transmit spam, bulk emails, or unsolicited communications
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
- Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state your affiliation
- Harvest or collect information about other users without their consent
- Use automated tools to access the Service without written permission
Prohibited Content
You may not upload, share, or transmit User Content that:
- Violates any applicable law or regulation
- Infringes intellectual property rights of others
- Contains malware, viruses, or malicious code
- Is fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading
- Contains harassment, hate speech, or threatening material
- Violates privacy rights of others
11. Intellectual Property
11.1 FillFaster’s IP
The Service, including its original software, design, text, graphics,
logos, and other content (excluding User Content), is owned by or
licensed to FillFaster and is protected by copyright, trademark, and
other intellectual property laws.
The Service may incorporate third-party software, libraries, and
components, including open source software, which are subject to their
respective licenses and terms. These third-party components remain the
property of their respective owners.
11.2 Limited License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, FillFaster grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes.
11.3 Restrictions
This license does not grant you any rights to:
- Use FillFaster’s trademarks, logos, or brand elements without written permission
- Reproduce, modify, or create derivative works of the Service
- Sell, rent, lease, or sublicense access to the Service
- Access the Service to build a competitive product or service
12. Beta Features and Pre-Release Services
FillFaster may offer beta, pilot, or preview features that are still
under development. By using beta features, you acknowledge that they:
– May be unreliable, contain errors, or be discontinued at any time
– May result in loss or corruption of data created using them
– Come with no warranties or guarantees beyond the general disclaimers
in Section 14
Any feedback you provide about beta features may be used by FillFaster
without compensation.
13. Cancellation and Termination
13.1 Cancellation by You
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods.
13.2 Termination by FillFaster
FillFaster may suspend or terminate your account immediately if:
- You breach these Terms
- Your account shows suspicious or fraudulent activity
- You engage in conduct that harms FillFaster or other users
- Required by law or legal process
- You fail to pay fees when due
- You pose a security risk to the Service or other users
13.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your right to use the Service immediately ceases
- You might lose access to your User Content
- All outstanding fees become immediately due and payable
- Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive will remain in effect
14. Disclaimers and Warranties
14.1 “As-Is” Service
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.
14.2 Service Limitations
FillFaster does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted,
error-free, or completely secure. No online service can guarantee
absolute security or availability.
We implement industry-standard security measures and maintain security
certifications.
14.3 Electronic Signatures
While FillFaster’s electronic signatures are designed to comply with applicable electronic signature laws, FillFaster makes no warranty regarding the legal validity or enforceability of signatures created through the Service in any particular jurisdiction. You are responsible for determining whether electronic signatures are appropriate and legally valid for your use case.
14.4 Third-Party Infrastructure
The Service relies on third-party infrastructure and service providers (including but not limited to hosting, cloud services, content delivery networks, and data centers). FillFaster is not responsible for:
- Downtime or outages caused by third-party service providers
- Performance issues resulting from third-party infrastructure
- Data loss or corruption due to third-party provider failures
- Security breaches at third-party infrastructure providers
- Service interruptions beyond FillFaster’s reasonable control
You acknowledge that service interruptions may occur due to factors beyond FillFaster’s control, and FillFaster shall not be liable for any such interruptions or their consequences.
14.5 Accuracy of Information
The materials and information appearing on the Service are not comprehensive and are for general information purposes only. FillFaster does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of any information on the Service.
15. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall FillFaster, its affiliates, officers, directors,
employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special,
consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or
inability to use the Service, regardless of whether we were advised
of the possibility of such damages. This includes loss of profits,
data, business opportunities, goodwill, or reputation.
FillFaster is not responsible for failures, interruptions, or issues
caused by third-party service providers or infrastructure beyond our
reasonable control.
Our maximum liability for all claims shall not exceed the total amount
you paid to FillFaster in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
These limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FillFaster, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your use or misuse of the Service
- Your User Content
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of another party
- Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
FillFaster reserves the right to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification, in which case you agree to cooperate with FillFaster’s defense of such claim.
17. Force Majeure
FillFaster shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters, or extreme weather
- War, terrorism, riots, or civil unrest
- Government actions, laws, or regulations
- Internet or telecommunications failures
- Third-party hosting or infrastructure provider outages
- Cyber attacks or security breaches affecting infrastructure
- Labor disputes or strikes
- Pandemics or public health emergencies
During any such event, FillFaster’s obligations shall be suspended for the duration of the event, and we will use reasonable efforts to resume normal operations as soon as possible.
18. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware. Any legal proceedings
shall be exclusively brought in Delaware courts.
Before filing any formal dispute, you agree to first contact FillFaster
to attempt informal resolution. We commit to
working in good faith to resolve disputes before formal proceedings.
You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to
participate in class action lawsuits.
Any claims must be filed within one (1) year after they arise.
19. General Provisions
19.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and FillFaster regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
19.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
19.3 Waiver
FillFaster’s failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of FillFaster.
19.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under them without FillFaster’s prior written consent. FillFaster may assign these Terms without restriction, including to any affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
19.5 No Third-Party Beneficiaries
These Terms do not create any third-party beneficiary rights except as expressly stated herein.
19.6 Export Compliance
You agree to comply with all applicable export and import control laws and regulations in your use of the Service.
