A new vendor is not approved until AP has a tax form, a bank account, and a signature on your setup sheet. Those arrive as three attachments, and someone retypes them. A digital signature on one link collects the W-9 or W-8BEN with the rest.
AP does not retype the vendor into the system. After the vendor signs, the data updates automatically through Engini, Make, monday.com, or the API. That saves a lot of time, and it avoids typing mistakes, especially in a bank account or a tax ID.
