Onboarding is a packet, not a single file: offer letter, handbook acknowledgement, withholding form, and sometimes a receipt for equipment. HR sends it, then checks a shared inbox to see what came back. A digital signature on the packet replaces that chase.
Payroll does not retype the packet into the HR system. After the employee signs, the data updates automatically through monday.com, Make, Engini, or the API. That saves a lot of time, and it avoids typing mistakes and handwriting nobody can read.
What HR sends
Offer letter and handbook acknowledgement. The offer letter and handbook your team already uses.
Form W-4 and Form I-9. Upload the current form. FillFaster collects the signature and returns the PDF. It does not file with the IRS or with USCIS, and it is not an I-9 compliance system.
Equipment receipt. One customer uses a signed receipt that lands in Priority. Her note is in the cards below.
